What is your return/refund policy?

RETURNS AND REFUNDS: Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not allow returns! We will not give refunds or exchange purchased toys and products. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.

Please note: All items, lubes, adult toys and novelty items are final sale.
Before processing and shipping your order, Lets Vibe will inspect each item for quality assurance, including battery-operated products. Once inspected, for your protection, all original manufacturer’s packaging is re-sealed with a security sticker to prevent tampering.

For our subscription boxes – Please let us know (in the designated box on the subscription of your choice) if there are any products that are an absolute NO for you and if you have any allergies and we will accommodate the box to your wishes!

DAMAGES & MIS-SHIPS: Customers are responsible to verify and confirm the shipment matches your order, boxes need to stay unopened in case of a discrepancy. Claims are required to be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. If any items were damaged during transit, you must retain the box that the item(s) arrived in so that we may file a report with the carrier. Please contact us to report any issues with an order.

WARRANTY: Please read all included manufacturer’s user manuals to ensure proper use, cleaning and storage. If a product becomes defective with use, the issue(s) must be brought to the attention of the manufacturer. Any manufacturer warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer, unless otherwise noted on your final receipt.

What are your shipping policies?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your order. All orders are shipped via Canada Post and customers are responsible for shipping charges unless the minimum spend is met to qualify for free shipping.

Orders $69 and over qualify for free shipping!

What are your shipping fees?

Shipping fees on our adult toys are $19.99 on orders below $69. No shipping fees are charged for any of our subscription boxes!

When do Subscription Boxes arrive?

Your first Subscription Box will get mailed out within one month! All following boxes will get mailed out on the 15th of every month or the 15th every third month (depending on your preferred schedule) your card will get charged on the 10th!

Can you ship my order discreetly?

Yes, we ship in discreet packaging to protect your privacy. All orders ship in plain brown boxes with the return address/sender listed as our Fulfillment Center. In addition, the charge on your credit card statement will be listed discreetly.

Can I book a product party at a location other than my home?

Yes, we book parties at private locations. Fill out our form on the Contact page and let us know what location you prefer.

Do you charge for your home parties?

No, they are free and usually last 2 to 3 hours. Hosts receive a discount on product purchases.
